• For damaged passports: the damaged passport, a sworn affidavit, and a personal statement explaining the damage.

The entire passport application process is conducted online through the eCitizen platform. To apply, visit eCitizen and create an account using your email and national ID number. Activate your account via the confirmation email, log in, and navigate to the Department of Immigration Services. The cost of obtaining an ordinary Kenyan passport varies based on the number of pages.
