Mildred Chidosho

Associate
Mildred Chidosho Mwanyika is an Associate at MMS Advocates LLP and a Certified Professional Mediator. Her main areas of practice include: Litigation and Alternative Dispute Resolution, Employment and Labor Law, Conveyancing, Children and Family Law, Corporate Commercial Law and Public policy.

Mildred holds a Bachelor of Laws degree from The Catholic University of Eastern Africa and a post-graduate Diploma in Law from the Kenya School of Law.
She is committed to problem solving, service delivery and providing innovative solutions to legal issues. She has extensive experience in litigation arising from property transactions and commercial transactions.

Mildred has successfully represented and advised clients in various criminal and civil proceedings, on tenancy and leasing issues, advising and reviewing documentation on sale, purchase, lease and license of property including drafting Sale Agreements for corporates and individuals.
Outside the office Mildred is passionate about mentorship and enjoys literature.
